We were probably one of the first to place our home on the market during COVID. Jim was knowledgeable in the required protocols for showings, what the lack of an actual appraisal meant to us as well as our buyers, etc… He walked with us every step of the process. I have worked with RE professionals from Tampa to Phoenix and in between…and only once has my RE agent been present for closing! Jim!! Not standing outside…sitting with us in the room at that huge intimidating conference table. It made us less nervous about signing a million pieces of paper that we did not really understand. Moving on to purchasing a replacement house, Jim knew the market and the neighborhoods. He knew how to negotiate and stood his ground on counter offers we made.
